技能模塊工藝要求：

Skill module process requirements:

1、風(fēng)管法蘭加工采用模具法加工，同一型號(hào)的法蘭采用一個(gè)模具，以保證法蘭的互換性和尺寸精度；

1. The flange of the air duct is processed using the mold method, and the same model of flange is processed using the same mold to ensure the interchangeability and dimensional accuracy of the flange;

2、下料調(diào)直后應(yīng)倒角、沖孔，然后放在相應(yīng)的模具上卡緊固定、焊接。

2. After straightening the material, it should be chamfered and punched, and then placed on the corresponding mold for clamping and welding.

3、法蘭平面度的允許偏差為1mm，矩形法蘭兩對(duì)角線(xiàn)之差不應(yīng)大于2mm；

3. The allowable deviation for flange flatness is 1mm, and the difference between the two diagonals of a rectangular flange should not exceed 2mm;

4、法蘭四角必須有螺孔，中、低壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管法蘭的螺栓及鉚釘孔的孔距不應(yīng)大于150mm；高壓系統(tǒng)不得大于100mm；

4. The four corners of the flange must have screw holes, and the distance between the bolt and rivet holes of the medium and low pressure system air duct flange should not exceed 150mm; The high-pressure system shall not exceed 100mm;

5、法蘭成形后要對(duì)法蘭進(jìn)行矯直，并將焊渣清理干凈后對(duì)焊接部位刷防銹漆二道，銀粉漆一道。

5. After the flange is formed, it should be straightened, and the welding slag should be cleaned before applying two layers of anti rust paint and one layer of silver powder paint to the welding area.

質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)：

Key points of quality control:

1、法蘭角鋼下料時(shí)應(yīng)注意使焊成后的法蘭內(nèi)徑不能小于風(fēng)管的外徑；

1. When cutting flange angle steel, attention should be paid to ensuring that the inner diameter of the welded flange is not less than the outer diameter of the air duct;

2、風(fēng)管法蘭的焊縫應(yīng)熔合良好、飽滿(mǎn)，無(wú)假焊和孔洞；

2. The welding seam of the air duct flange should be well fused, full, and free of false welding and holes;

3、同一批量加工的相同規(guī)格法蘭的螺孔排列應(yīng)一致，并具有互換性；

3. The arrangement of screw holes for flanges of the same specification processed in the same batch should be consistent and have interchangeability;

4、風(fēng)管法蘭防腐處理時(shí)，應(yīng)在上一道漆晾干后方可進(jìn)行下一道防腐處理；

4. When anti-corrosion treatment is applied to air duct flanges, the next anti-corrosion treatment can only be carried out after the previous coat of paint has dried;

5、嚴(yán)禁無(wú)證人員上崗施焊；

5. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from welding on duty;

成品保護(hù)措施：

Finished product protection measures:

1、風(fēng)管法蘭半成品、成品必須整齊放置在方木上，并應(yīng)根據(jù)規(guī)格型號(hào)分類(lèi)碼放；

1. The semi-finished and finished products of air duct flanges must be neatly placed on square timber and classified and stacked according to their specifications and models;

2、不與其它材料，設(shè)備等混放在一起，并有防雨、雪措施；

2. Not mixed with other materials, equipment, etc., and equipped with rain and snow protection measures;

3、成品風(fēng)管法蘭長(zhǎng)時(shí)間堆放時(shí)應(yīng)用塑料薄膜覆蓋，保持表面潔凈，避免積灰；

3. When finished air duct flanges are stacked for a long time, they should be covered with plastic film to keep the surface clean and avoid dust accumulation;

4、搬運(yùn)裝卸應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不得破壞法蘭鍍鋅層，如有劃傷應(yīng)補(bǔ)漆完整。

4. Handling and loading/unloading should be done with care, and the flange galvanized layer should not be damaged. If there are scratches, they should be repainted intact.
