　　通風(fēng)管道安裝注意事項(xiàng)

　　Precautions for installation of ventilation ducts

　　1、風(fēng)管和風(fēng)機(jī)連接時(shí)，先要在進(jìn)出風(fēng)口加上一個(gè)軟接頭，而且它的斷面尺寸要跟風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口一樣的，軟管接頭可以用帆布材料，而且它的長度為200以上，松緊度也是要合適才行。

　　1. When connecting the air duct and fan, a flexible joint should be added at the inlet and outlet, and its cross-sectional size should be the same as that of the fan inlet and outlet. The hose joint can be made of canvas material, and its length should be over 200 with appropriate tightness.

　　2、風(fēng)道和除塵的設(shè)備在連接前，也是要等這個(gè)設(shè)備安裝好后，實(shí)際上會(huì)對圖紙預(yù)制及安裝。

　　4、輸送含濕量比較大時(shí)，管道也是需要設(shè)坡度，低點(diǎn)處要根據(jù)排水管進(jìn)行連接，注意安裝中，風(fēng)道底部不能出現(xiàn)一個(gè)縱向接縫，如果是接縫處一定要密封處理。

　　4. When conveying high moisture content, the pipeline also needs to have a slope, and the low point should be connected according to the drainage pipe. During installation, it is important not to have a longitudinal joint at the bottom of the air duct. If it is a joint, it must be sealed.

　　5、輸送易燃的鋼板風(fēng)道，在連接處也是要安裝上跨接線，并且還要連接靜電接地網(wǎng)。

　　5. When transporting flammable steel plate air ducts, jumper wires should also be installed at the connection points, and static grounding grids should be connected.

　　6、當(dāng)水平風(fēng)道達(dá)到了4m以上時(shí)，那么安裝人員就要提前到帶綁上，腳手架也是在把它跳板固定好，寬度一定要符合規(guī)范才行，防止工具等物掉落砸傷人。
