風(fēng)管不得采用S型插條、C型直角插條及立聯(lián)合角插條的連接方式。空氣潔凈等級(jí)為1～5級(jí)的風(fēng)管不得采用按扣式咬口。

　　The wind pipe shall not be connected with S type cutting, C type right angle cutting and vertical joint angle cutting. The air cleanliness class is 1 to 5 level wind pipe shall not use stud bite.

　　凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于100 mm，空氣潔凈等級(jí)為1～5的風(fēng)管法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于65mm。

　　The flange rivet spacing of the duct of the air conditioning system shall be less than 100 mm, and the distance between the rivets of the air duct flange of air cleaning grade 1~5 shall be less than 65mm.

　　風(fēng)管內(nèi)不得設(shè)置加固框或加固筋。

　　Reinforcing frame or reinforcing rib shall not be installed in air duct.

　　風(fēng)管加工前應(yīng)采用清洗液去除板材表面油污及積塵，清洗液應(yīng)采用對(duì)板材表面無損害、干燥后不產(chǎn)生粉塵，且對(duì)人體無危害的中性清潔劑。

　　The cleaning liquid should be used to remove the oil stain and dust accumulation on the surface of the pipe before the duct is processed. The cleaning liquid shall be a neutral detergent that does not damage the surface of the sheet, does not produce dust after drying and has no harm to the human body.

　　通風(fēng)管道制作完畢應(yīng)使用清洗液清洗，清洗后經(jīng)白綢布擦拭檢查達(dá)到要求后，酚醛板，應(yīng)及時(shí)封口。

　　Ventilation pipe production should be used after cleaning fluid cleaning, cleaning after the white cloth wipe check to meet the requirements, the phenolic plate, should be promptly sealed.

　　彩色涂層鋼板風(fēng)管的內(nèi)壁應(yīng)光滑;板材加工時(shí)不得損壞涂層，被損壞的部位應(yīng)涂環(huán)氧樹脂。

　　The inner wall of the color coated steel pipe shall be smooth, and the sheet shall not be damaged during processing, and the damaged parts shall be coated with epoxy resin.

　　風(fēng)管的咬口縫、鉚接縫以及法蘭翻邊四角縫隙處，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)及潔凈等級(jí)要求，采用涂密封膠或其他密封措施堵嚴(yán)。密封材料宜采用異丁基橡膠、氯丁橡膠、變性硅膠等為基材的材料。風(fēng)管板材連接縫的密封面應(yīng)設(shè)在風(fēng)管壁的正壓側(cè)。

　　The four corners of the wind pipe, such as the bite joint, the riveted joint and the flange flanging, shall be sealed by the coating sealant or other sealing measures according to the design and cleanliness grade requirements. Sealing material should adopt isobutyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, modified silica gel as the base material. The sealing surface of the joint of the wind pipe plate shall be located on the positive pressure side of the air duct wall.

　　風(fēng)管制作場(chǎng)所應(yīng)相對(duì)封閉，制作場(chǎng)地宜鋪設(shè)不易產(chǎn)生灰塵的軟性材料

　　The wind pipe production site should be relatively closed, and the site should be paved with soft materials which are not easy to generate dust

　　風(fēng)管應(yīng)減少縱向接縫，玻璃鋼通風(fēng)管道，且不得有橫向接縫。

　　The duct shall be longitudinally jointed, fiberglass ventilated, and shall not have transverse joints.

　　風(fēng)管加工連接螺栓、螺母、墊圈和鉚釘應(yīng)采用鍍鋅或其他防腐措施，不得使用抽芯鉚釘。

　　Pipe connections, bolts, nuts, washers and rivets shall be galvanized or other anticorrosive measures, and no core rivets shall be used.
