1、當(dāng)風(fēng)道與除塵設(shè)備、加熱設(shè)備等連接前，應(yīng)待設(shè)備安裝完畢后，按實(shí)際測(cè)繪的圖紙進(jìn)行預(yù)制和安裝。

　　2、當(dāng)山東通風(fēng)管道加工與風(fēng)機(jī)連接時(shí)，應(yīng)在進(jìn)出風(fēng)口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺寸應(yīng)與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口一致。軟管接頭一般可采用帆布、人造革等材料，軟管長(zhǎng)度不宜小于200，松緊度應(yīng)適宜，柔性軟管可緩沖風(fēng)機(jī)的振動(dòng)。

　　3, when the horizontal air duct height is above 4m, the installation personnel should fasten the seat belt. Scaffolding or movable scaffolding should be fixed on the springboard, the width of the springboard should comply with safety standards, the installation staff on the scaffolding should carry the tool bag, to prevent tools or electric drills and other things falling injury.

　　4、風(fēng)道安裝時(shí)，進(jìn)、出風(fēng)日宜在風(fēng)道預(yù)制時(shí)開出洞口，如需在安裝完畢的風(fēng)道上現(xiàn)開風(fēng)口，其接口處應(yīng)嚴(yán)密。

　　4, air duct installation, into and out of the open hole in the air duct should be prefabricated, if installed in the air duct on the open air, the interface should be tight.

　　5、雙吊桿支架在風(fēng)道就位后，應(yīng)保證橫擔(dān)平直，吊桿不扭轉(zhuǎn)，雙吊桿受力均勻。

　　6、當(dāng)輸送含凝結(jié)水或含濕量較大的氣體時(shí)，其水平管道宜設(shè)有坡度，并在低點(diǎn)處接排水管。安裝時(shí)風(fēng)道底部不宜出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對(duì)底部有接縫處應(yīng)進(jìn)行密封處理。

　　6, when conveying water containing condensate or larger moisture content, the horizontal pipeline should have a slope, and at the low point to connect the drain pipe. The longitudinal joint should not be installed at the bottom of the air duct, and the joints at the bottom should be sealed.

　　7、對(duì)輸送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風(fēng)道，在風(fēng)道連接法蘭處應(yīng)安裝跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)連接。

　　7, the transmission of flammable and explosive gas steel plate air duct, in the air duct connecting flange should be installed across the wiring, and connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.
