Problems needing attention in the process of air duct processing

　　風(fēng)管不得采用S型插條、C型直角插條及立聯(lián)合角插條的連接方式。空氣潔凈等級(jí)為1～5級(jí)的風(fēng)管不得采用按扣式咬口。

　　Air ducts shall not be connected by S-type, C-type right-angle and vertical joint-angle inserts. No button bite shall be used for air ducts with air cleanliness grades of 1-5.

　　凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于100 mm，空氣潔凈等級(jí)為1～5的風(fēng)管法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于65mm。

　　The flange rivet spacing of air duct in purified air conditioning system should be less than 100 mm, and that of air duct flange rivet spacing of air cleanliness grade 1-5 should be less than 65 mm.

　　風(fēng)管內(nèi)不得設(shè)置加固框或加固筋。

　　Reinforcement frames or reinforcement bars shall not be installed in air ducts.

　　風(fēng)管加工前應(yīng)采用清洗液去除板材表面油污及積塵，清洗液應(yīng)采用對(duì)板材表面無損害、干燥后不產(chǎn)生粉塵，且對(duì)人體無危害的中性清潔劑。

　　Before air duct processing, cleaning fluid should be used to remove oil and dust on the surface of sheet metal. Cleaning fluid should be neutral detergent which is harmless to the surface of sheet metal, does not produce dust after drying, and does not harm to human body.

　　通風(fēng)管道制作完畢應(yīng)使用清洗液清洗，清洗后經(jīng)白綢布擦拭檢查達(dá)到要求后，酚醛板，應(yīng)及時(shí)封口。

　　Ventilation pipes should be cleaned with cleaning fluid after production. After cleaning, the phenolic board should be sealed in time after the requirements are met by the white silk cloth wiping inspection.

　　彩色涂層鋼板風(fēng)管的內(nèi)壁應(yīng)光滑;板材加工時(shí)不得損壞涂層，被損壞的部位應(yīng)涂環(huán)氧樹脂。

　　The inner wall of the air duct of the color coated steel plate shall be smooth; the coatings shall not be damaged during the processing of the plate, and the damaged parts shall be coated with epoxy resin.

　　風(fēng)管的咬口縫、鉚接縫以及法蘭翻邊四角縫隙處，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)及潔凈等級(jí)要求，采用涂密封膠或其他密封措施堵嚴(yán)。密封材料宜采用異丁基橡膠、氯丁橡膠、變性硅膠等為基材的材料。風(fēng)管板材連接縫的密封面應(yīng)設(shè)在風(fēng)管壁的正壓側(cè)。

　　The bite seam, rivet seam and flange flange flange flange corner seam should be sealed with sealant or other sealing measures according to the requirements of design and cleanliness grade. Isobutyl rubber, chloroprene rubber and modified silica gel are suitable for sealing materials. The sealing surface of the connecting joint of the air pipe sheet should be located at the positive pressure side of the air pipe wall.

　　風(fēng)管制作場(chǎng)所應(yīng)相對(duì)封閉，制作場(chǎng)地宜鋪設(shè)不易產(chǎn)生灰塵的軟性材料

　　Ventilation control workplaces should be relatively closed, and production sites should be laid with soft materials which are not easy to produce dust.

　　風(fēng)管應(yīng)減少縱向接縫，玻璃鋼通風(fēng)管道，且不得有橫向接縫。

　　The air duct should reduce the longitudinal joints and the FRP ventilation duct, and there should be no transverse joints.

　　風(fēng)管加工連接螺栓、螺母、墊圈和鉚釘應(yīng)采用鍍鋅或其他防腐措施，不得使用抽芯鉚釘。

　　Galvanizing or other anti-corrosion measures shall be adopted for connecting bolts, nuts, washers and rivets in air duct processing, and core-pulling rivets shall not be used.
