　　A性能:板材表面不平整，厚度不均勻，有明顯的壓痕、裂紋、砂孔、疤痕和銹斑;導(dǎo)管平面下沉，側(cè)邊向外突出，變形明顯。

　　Performance A: The surface of the sheet is not uniform, the thickness is not uniform, and there are obvious indentation, cracks, sand holes, scars and rust spots; the plane of the conduit sinks, the lateral edge protrudes outward, and the deformation is obvious.

　　B影響:運(yùn)行中風(fēng)道泄漏，空調(diào)負(fù)荷增加，影響風(fēng)的使用壽命和性能。

　　B Impact: Air duct leakage in operation, air conditioning load increases, affecting the service life and performance of the wind.

　　C原因:材料不合格，不能滿足風(fēng)管制作的要求。

　　Reason C: The material is not up to standard and can not meet the requirements of air control operation.

　　措施d:使用風(fēng)管加工設(shè)備制作風(fēng)管前，應(yīng)檢查材料出廠合格證、材料合格證、外觀厚度等，確保材料齊全。

　　Measure d: Before making air duct by using air duct processing equipment, check the qualification certificate of material leaving factory, material qualification certificate, appearance thickness, etc. to ensure that the material is complete.

　　二、風(fēng)管翹曲角度和彎頭角度不準(zhǔn)確

　　2. Incorrect winding angle and elbow angle of duct

　　A性能:矩形管道的兩個(gè)相對平面和兩個(gè)端面不平行;角度不直;對角線不相等;咬得松了。

　　Performance A: The two relative planes and two end faces of rectangular pipe are not parallel; the angles are not straight; the diagonals are not equal; the bite is loose.

　　B影響:對風(fēng)道連接受力不均，安裝后風(fēng)道不平，法蘭墊片松動(dòng)，系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)，造成空調(diào)負(fù)荷損失，使用壽命縮短。

　　B effect: uneven force on air duct connection, uneven air duct after installation, loose flange gasket, air leakage of the system, resulting in air conditioning load loss, shortened service life.

　　C原因:落版放樣不準(zhǔn)確;風(fēng)管彼此平行，板的長度和寬度不相等。

　　Cause C: The layout is not accurate; the air ducts are parallel to each other, and the length and width of the plate are not equal.

　　D措施:下料時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格夾板角度，測試每塊板的長、寬、對角線，使其偏差控制在允許范圍內(nèi);板材落料后，應(yīng)將風(fēng)道對面的兩塊板材重疊，檢查尺寸精度。

　　Measure D: When cutting, the angle of splint should be strict, and the length, width and diagonal of each plate should be tested so that the deviation can be controlled within the allowable range. After blanking, the two plates opposite the air duct should be overlapped to check the dimensional accuracy.

　　在通風(fēng)管道的生產(chǎn)中，經(jīng)常會遇到加工材料不合格、風(fēng)管翹曲角和彎頭角不準(zhǔn)確的現(xiàn)象。因此，為了生產(chǎn)出實(shí)用、耐用、高品質(zhì)的風(fēng)管，必須對風(fēng)管加工設(shè)備的運(yùn)行前后進(jìn)行充分的預(yù)置和操作準(zhǔn)備，以保證風(fēng)管的，減少不必要的損失。
