General Regulations for Ventilation Pipe Inspection

　　1、風(fēng)管制作質(zhì)量的檢驗應(yīng)按其材料、工藝、風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)類型、漏風(fēng)量等級和輸送氣體的不同分別進(jìn)行，風(fēng)管的漏風(fēng)量等級與允許漏風(fēng)量應(yīng)符合表1的規(guī)定。

　　1. The quality inspection of air duct shall be carried out according to the material, process, type of air duct system, air leakage grade and the gas transported. The air leakage grade and allowable air leakage amount of air duct shall conform to the requirements of Table 1.

　　注：① 風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)按其使用類別分為5級，中壓風(fēng)管大漏風(fēng)量不得大于B級，高壓風(fēng)管大漏風(fēng)量不得大于C級，特殊要求的風(fēng)管不得大于D級;

　　Note: 1. The air duct system is divided into 5 grades according to its use type. The maximum air leakage of medium pressure duct should not be greater than that of B grade, the maximum air leakage of high pressure duct should not be greater than that of C grade, and the special requirement duct should not be greater than that of D grade.

　?、?、排煙、除塵、低溫送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的漏風(fēng)量不得大于B級;

　　(2) The air leakage of smoke exhaust, dust removal and low temperature air supply system shall not be greater than Class B.

　?、?、1級～5級凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的漏風(fēng)量不得大于C級;

　　(3) The air leakage of grade 1-5 purifying air-conditioning system should not be greater than grade C.

　?、?、E級用于病毒學(xué)實驗室等有特殊用途的風(fēng)管;

　　(4) Class E is only used in virology laboratories and other special purpose ducts;

　?、?、P為風(fēng)管內(nèi)承受的檢測靜壓，單位為Pa。

　　_, P is the static pressure in the duct, the unit is Pa.

　　2、外購成品風(fēng)管應(yīng)按風(fēng)管類型提供風(fēng)管耐壓強度、漏風(fēng)量等級及漏風(fēng)量等相應(yīng)的檢測證明文件，檢測證明文件不應(yīng)超過3年，風(fēng)管性能檢驗項目應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定。

　　2. Outsourcing finished air ducts shall provide corresponding test certification documents such as pressure strength, air leakage grade and air leakage amount according to the type of air ducts. The test certification documents shall not exceed 3 years, and the performance test items of air ducts shall conform to the requirements of Table 2.

　　注：注明風(fēng)管類型名稱的，表示該檢驗項僅適用于特定類型風(fēng)管。

　　Note: If the name of the duct type is indicated, it means that the test item is applicable only to specific types of ducts.

　　3、風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的主風(fēng)管安裝完畢，尚未連接風(fēng)口和支風(fēng)管前，應(yīng)對主干管進(jìn)行風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的漏風(fēng)量檢驗。

　　3. After installation of the main air duct of the air duct system, the air leakage of the main air duct system should be inspected before connecting the tuyere and branch air duct.
