1、設(shè)計不合理：因在開業(yè)裝修時預計的就餐人員飽和值低于現(xiàn)今就餐飽和值，后廚工作量增加，多臺灶同時作業(yè)，原設(shè)計風機轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)低，排煙量小，導致排煙不暢。解決方法：在排煙口加裝風扇式四葉或六葉排煙風機，提高排煙量，或更換大風量風機。
