一、廚房排煙系統(tǒng)清洗維護(hù)步驟

1、 Cleaning and maintenance steps of kitchen smoke exhaust system

1、打開電箱門，開啟漏電開關(guān)，確認(rèn)設(shè)備停止工作，指示燈熄滅，打開檢修門，用絕緣螺絲刀的金屬部分短接電場陰、陽極板，來釋放電場中的殘留電，戴上膠手套，依次取出電場和均流網(wǎng)，取出的電場要放好，防止踩踏變形。

1. Open the door of the electric box, open the leakage switch, confirm that the equipment stops working, the indicator light goes out, open the access door, use the metal part of the insulated screwdriver to short connect the negative and positive plates of the electric field to release the residual electricity in the electric field, wear rubber gloves, take out the electric field and the current equalizing net in turn, and put the electric field taken out properly to prevent stepping deformation.

2、配置堿液：比例是NAOH(燒堿):溫水(50℃)=1:25,清洗時(shí)必須佩帶膠手套和護(hù)目鏡避免堿液傷害。

3、清洗電場：將電場放到配置好的燒堿水中，用鉤子勾住，慢慢放入底部，防治堿液飛濺，堿液要沒過電場，浸泡10分鐘，油污多適當(dāng)延長浸泡時(shí)間(注意：忌長時(shí)間浸泡不管)，浸泡適當(dāng)時(shí)間后，用鉤子勾住電場晃動幾次，戴上膠手套拿出電場，瀝去多余的堿液，用水槍清洗電場上的污垢和堿液，特別是沖干凈絕緣子上的堿液和污垢，以免引起拉弧放電，不正常工作等，反轉(zhuǎn)電場再沖洗1次。

3. Clean the electric field: put the electric field into the prepared caustic soda water, hook it up with a hook, and slowly put it into the bottom to prevent the alkali splashing. The alkali should be kept away from the electric field, and soak for 10 minutes. The immersion time should be extended appropriately if there is much oil (note: do not soak for a long time). After soaking for a proper time, hook the electric field and shake it for several times, wear rubber gloves to take out the electric field, drain the excess alkali, and clean the dirt and alkali on the electric field with a water gun, In particular, clean the alkaline solution and dirt on the insulator to avoid arcing discharge, abnormal operation, etc. Reverse the electric field and wash it again.

4、清洗均流網(wǎng)：把均流網(wǎng)放到堿液中，浸泡十分鐘，拿出均流網(wǎng)，用水槍把污垢和堿液沖洗干凈，擦拭電廠門板上的幾個(gè)絕緣子，用粗鐵絲疏通底部排油口，檢查電場絕緣子和門板絕緣子，如發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣子破裂或者龜裂，必須更換檢查電場極板的距離是否均勻，如有變形，務(wù)必要扳正，檢查電場極板間是否有異物(毛線或者鋼絲)，如有務(wù)必要清理干凈。

4. Clean the current equalizing net: put the current equalizing net into the alkaline solution, soak it for ten minutes, take out the current equalizing net, wash the dirt and alkaline solution with a water gun, wipe several insulators on the door panel of the power plant, dredge the bottom oil drain with thick iron wire, check the electric field insulator and door panel insulator. If the insulator is found to be broken or cracked, replace it to check whether the distance between the electric field plates is even, and if there is any deformation, be sure to straighten it, Check whether there are foreign matters (wool or steel wire) between the electric field plates, and clean them if necessary.

5、裝回電場和均流網(wǎng)，關(guān)上電場門，注意彈簧要正對絕緣子的，鎖上門，合上漏電開關(guān)，除煙指示燈亮，電流顯示正常，如有不正常，請檢查電場和絕緣子，合上電箱門，清洗維護(hù)完畢。

5. Replace the electric field and current sharing net, close the electric field door, pay attention to the spring should be facing the center of the insulator, lock the door, close the leakage switch, the smoke removal indicator light is on, and the current display is normal. If there is any abnormality, please check the electric field and insulator, close the electric box door, and the cleaning and maintenance is completed.
