機(jī)殼由頂殼、側(cè)板(兩塊)、集油罩組成，均采用冷軋薄鋼板并經(jīng)烤漆制成，或采用表面經(jīng)噴塑、搪瓷處理，也有用不銹鋼板制成，使外型光亮美觀、耐用易于清潔。

　　電機(jī)主要由前、后殼、定子、轉(zhuǎn)子構(gòu)成，分別安裝在頂殼的兩個圓形的塑料法蘭中，電動機(jī)后殼安裝了一個后蓋，起防塵作用。

　　The motor is mainly composed of front, back shell, stator and rotor. They are respectively installed in the two round plastic flanges of the top shell, and the back shell of the motor is equipped with a back cover to prevent dust.

　　外排式油煙凈化器使用的電動機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，啟動性能好，轉(zhuǎn)矩大，噪聲低，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。由于電動機(jī)長期在油煙和水蒸氣環(huán)境中使用，所以對電機(jī)的要求特別高，而采用絕緣性能、防潮、防腐蝕性能好的全封閉式電動機(jī)。
