2、對接焊縫的焊接，焊縫采用單面焊、雙面成型工藝，DN≥600mm時，應(yīng)在管內(nèi)進(jìn)行封底焊。

3、卷管組對焊接，兩縱焊縫間距應(yīng)大于100mm。

6、管道焊接后必須對焊縫進(jìn)行外觀檢查，表面不得有裂縫、氣孔、夾渣等缺陷，吸肉深度不得大于0.5mm。不合格者，不得出廠。

7、預(yù)制好的管段，應(yīng)將內(nèi)部清理干凈，封閉管口，防止雜物進(jìn)入。

8、管段預(yù)制完畢后要及時編號，妥善保管。根據(jù)實際情況分批運(yùn)現(xiàn)場。
