1. The smoke exhaust pipe should be steel pipe or cast iron pipe. When welded steel pipe is used, its wall thickness shall be greater than 3mm; Welding should be adopted for pipe connection. When flange connection is adopted, the flange surface shall be flat and have sealing groove; Heat resistant rubber gasket shall be lined between flanges.

2、埋設(shè)于混凝土內(nèi)的鑄鐵排煙管，宜采用法蘭連接。

3、排煙管應(yīng)沿軸線方向設(shè)置熱脹補(bǔ)償器。單向套管伸縮節(jié)應(yīng)與前后排煙管同心。柴油機(jī)排煙管與排煙總管的連接段應(yīng)有緩沖設(shè)施。

3. The smoke exhaust pipe shall be provided with thermal expansion compensator along the axis direction. The one-way casing expansion joint shall be concentric with the front and rear smoke exhaust pipes. The connecting section between the diesel engine exhaust pipe and the main exhaust pipe shall have buffer facilities.

4、排煙管的安裝，應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

（1）坡度應(yīng)大子0.5％，放水閥應(yīng)設(shè)在低處；

(1) The gradient shall be 0.5%, and the drain valve shall be set at a low place;

（2）清掃孔堵板應(yīng)有耐熱墊層，并固定嚴(yán)密；

(2) The cleaning hole blanking plate shall have a heat-resistant cushion and be firmly fixed;

（3）當(dāng)排煙管穿越隔墻時(shí)，其周圍空隙應(yīng)采用石棉繩填充密實(shí)；

(3) When the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the partition wall, the surrounding space shall be filled with asbestos rope;

（4）排煙管與排煙道連接處，應(yīng)預(yù)埋帶有法蘭及密閉翼環(huán)的密閉穿墻短管。

(4) At the connection between the smoke exhaust pipe and the smoke exhaust duct, a sealed through wall short pipe with flange and closed wing ring shall be embedded.

（5）排煙管的地面出口端應(yīng)設(shè)防雨帽；在伸出地面150～200mm處，應(yīng)采取防止排煙管堵塞的措施。

(5) The ground outlet end of the smoke exhaust pipe shall be equipped with a rain cap; Measures shall be taken to prevent smoke exhaust pipe from blocking at 150~200mm above the ground.
