1、鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管需要水平安裝，直徑或長邊尺寸小于等于400mm，間距不應(yīng)大于4m；大于 400mm，不應(yīng)大于3m。鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的支、吊架間距可分別延長5m 和3.75m；對于薄鋼板法蘭的鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管，其支、吊架間距不應(yīng)大于3m。

2、鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管支、吊架宜按國標(biāo)圖集與規(guī)范選用強度和剛度相適應(yīng)的形式和規(guī)格。對于直徑或邊長大于2500mm 的超寬、超重等特殊鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的支、吊架應(yīng)按設(shè)計規(guī)定。

3、吊架的螺孔應(yīng)采用機械加工。吊桿應(yīng)平直，螺紋完整、光潔。安裝后各副支、吊架的受力應(yīng)均勻，無明顯變形。鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管或空調(diào)設(shè)備使用的可調(diào)隔振支、吊架的拉伸或壓縮量應(yīng)按設(shè)計的要求進行調(diào)整。
